Qualifications

• Seven to nine years of focused experience as a business analyst on data driven projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle PLSQL with complex queries and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Infosphere Datastage for ETL in large data environments.
• Strong analytical problem solving and clear stakeholder communication.
• Experience in agile or iterative delivery in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to define functional specifications for Oracle PLSQL and Datastage solutions.
• Refine user stories and acceptance criteria with product owners and cross functional teams.
