Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of automotive technician experience required.
• Previous dealership experience is a plus.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Ability to provide your own tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Conduct emissions and safety inspections.
• Replace and repair worn or damaged components.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and technology.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
