Job summary

What are your contributions to the team?

• Evaluate findings and pictures/videos from component repair station testing, repair, and overhaul to package results for:
• Challenging repair station findings
• Administering Terms & Conditions of exchange with our customer
• Interpreting various technical "jargon" into layman's terms
• Advise internal and external clients on complex and technical problems
• Prepare and present issues, findings, and solutions to management
• Drive daily continuous improvement activities, including performing root cause analysis, understanding and implementing corrective action plans to KPIs of increased complexity
• Lead projects with a broad scope in own discipline mid to long-term in focus

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a Bachelor degree in Aerospace Technology, technical college degree,or similar discipline
• You have 5+ years in Business Aviation Technical role
