Job summary

Bombardier is seeking an Advisor Technical Learning in Wichita to lead technical coaching and training for aviation teams. You will deliver hands-on learning using simulations, guide learners, and support performance improvement initiatives across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate aviation, coaching experience, a technical degree or aircraft certifications, and strong communication. Fluency in French and English is preferred, with a day shift in a on-site enviro nment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience in corporate aviation.
• 0–2 years of coaching/technical training experience.
• Technical degree and/or aircraft certifications or licenses.
• Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical coaching using multiple processes and simulators.
• Provide learning interventions such as coaching and classroom training.
• Support problem solving on human performance issues.
• Assist Learning Agents with key tasks as needed.

How to thrive in this role?

• You typically have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate aviation in a hands-on technical role
• You typically have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience involved with learning activities (i.e., coaching and / or technical training)
• You have a Technical degree and /or aircraft related certifications and licenses and / or equivalent experience in coaching / facilitator training
• You have a recognized high level of technical competency and credibility
• You have experience working in a unionized environment
• You have excellent relational competencies, with capacity to listen and communicate well (written and spoken)
• You have the ability to build solid relationships based on mutual trust
• You have the ability to influence without authority and develop results oriented action plans
• You are a team player
• You have experience in Lean and / or continuous improvement concepts
• You are motivated and self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• You have working knowledge of MS Office Suite or other software databases
• You are bi-lingual in French and English - preferred
