Your role will support and oversee repairs within Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment team, utilizing your commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass MVR
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment using appropriate skills and tools.
• Use work order management system to support stores and document activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following Walmart's safety policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and work comfortably with ladders.

Compensation:

• Compensation packages vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

The hourly wage range is $23.00-$45.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications...

Vocational or Technical HVAC/R certification and 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls, or 4 years of similar experience. EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling is required.

Preferred Qualifications...

Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical HVAC/R program, or a Mechanical license in the job location.
