Job summary

Ezee Fiber in Houston is seeking a Network Operations Center Technician to monitor and maintain our network infrastructure. You will collaborate with NOC peers to keep systems running smoothly and resolve issues as they arise.

JOB SUMMARY

The Network Operations Center Technician will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network and systems of the organization. They will work closely with other NOC professionals to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. The NOC Technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in fiber optics are a plus. A minimum of six (6) months to two (2) years of experience or training in Network Operations and troubleshooting.

• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
