Responsibilities:
- MUST be able to travel overnight (30% travel). Company car provided.
- Performs on-site collection of current install base of automation and electrical equipment and storeroom assets.
- Performs on-site collection of arc flash and lockout tag out policies, procedures, and compliance information.
- Utilizes schematics, blueprints, and other data to assess customer needs and makes recommendations.
- Provides start-up services on variable frequency drives, including configuration, testing, reviewing analytics, and measurement using appropriate industrial meters and equipment.
- Manages subcontracted services and parts management agreement contracts by utilizing integrated contract management tools and software.
- Develops relationships with key customer stakeholders, communicating the value of service offerings.
- Works with customers to determine value-added opportunities for products and services, identifies needs, and meets established sales and margin goals.
- Clarifies and resolves customer issues and presents findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Responsible for growth of transactional remanufacturing and repair business year over year.
- Facilitates in-person quarterly and monthly review meetings with customers.
- Maintains documentation on manufacturing processes to comply with organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in engineering, technology, or suitable equivalent industry training; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience required; 3 years preferred in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of exposure required; 3 years preferred to industrial control systems, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, motor control centers, VFDs, motion control, networking, and comparable platforms.
- 1 year of exposure to lockout/tagout standards and arc flash standards is preferred.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
