Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Technician II to maintain and repair our games and entertainment options, ensuring safety and high performance. You will handle electrical and mechanical tasks, troubleshoot issues, and keep equipment and shop organized while engaging with guests in a FUN ambassador role.

On-the-job training is provided; candidates should be 18+ with relevant maintenance experience and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in repair/maintenance of arcade or bowling equipment.
• Able to learn multiple systems supporting the business.
• Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics desirable.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters.
• Disassemble and repair components such as bearings and wiring.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Order supplies and keep the shop organized.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide friendly guest interaction as a FUN ambassador.
• Receive paid on-the-job training.
