Job summary

The Fountain Group is actively seeking a Technician for a 5-month assignment in Athens, GA. The role focuses on vaccine component preparation in a controlled cleanroom, following SOPs and supporting training and documentation efforts.

Ideal candidates will have cleanroom experience, strong attention to detail, and basic lean manufacturing knowledge. The position requires flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleanroom environments and aseptic techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Basic math and equipment/automation troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform vaccine component preparation activities in an aseptic cleanroom environment using virus and cell culture techniques.
• Follow SOPs and assist with training/coaching employees on required processes.
• Complete and review in-process documentation and technical data for accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in root cause analysis, CAPA, deviation/change control, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support production troubleshooting and site projects.
• Maintain a strong commitment to EHS and safety requirements.

Job Details:

• Position: Technician
• Pay: $20/hr
• Duration: 5 months
• Location: Athens, GA
• Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM
• Schedule: OT, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities:

• Perform vaccine component preparation activities in an aseptic cleanroom environment using virus and cell culture techniques in accordance with USDA regulations
• Follow SOPs and assist with training/coaching employees on required processes
• Complete and review in-process documentation and technical data for accuracy and compliance
• Participate in root cause analysis, CAPA, deviation/change control, and continuous improvement activities
• Support production troubleshooting and site projects
• Maintain a strong commitment to EHS and safety requirements
