Responsibilities

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during all manufacturing activities.
  • Complete and review in-process documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain technical data and supporting documentation in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, regulatory, and documentation standards.
  • Assist with training and coaching both new and current employees on required processes and skills.
  • Work collaboratively within a team-oriented production environment.
  • Participate in root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Escalate production process issues and workflow disturbances as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (AAI).
  • Participate in site projects, deviation investigations, and change control activities.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives.

Vaccine Production Technician / Manufacturing Associate (for entry-level Biology graduates)

Location: Athens, GA
Contract Duration: Approximately 6 months
Vaccination Requirement: Rabies vaccine required


Schedule


  • Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

  • Overtime as needed

  • Weekend and holiday work required as business needs dictate


Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Production


  • Prepare vaccine components in an aseptic clean room environment.
