Augment is seeking an Environmental Technician II to support daily waste, recycling, and materials handling operations at our Kings Mountain facility. This role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and compliance to maintain an efficient production environment.

Responsibilities include emptying bins, operating a forklift, and properly handling waste streams. The position offers a first-shift schedule and opportunities to gain specialized environmental experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• HAZWOPER 24-Hour Training required.
• HAZWOPER Physical & Hearing Test required.
• Safety-focused and reliable with daily waste, recycling, and materials handling.

• Empty waste and recycling bins throughout the facility on a daily basis.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Properly separate, collect, store, and label waste, recycling, and chemical materials.
• Communicate with production and department teams to reinforce proper recycling and waste disposal practices.
• Monitor work areas and report safety, compliance, or operational concerns to Waste Management leadership.

• Communicate with production and department teams to reinforce proper recycling and waste disposal practices
• Monitor work areas and report any safety, compliance, or operational concerns to Waste Management leadership
