Veolia is seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler to perform routine hazardous and non-hazardous waste tasks, including loading/unloading containers, decontamination, repack/depack for incineration, and transport within a facility. Must show basic reading/writing skills and complete material handling training.
Prior 3–6 months in a related role and forklift proficiency are preferred. Benefits include comprehensive plans and equal opportunity employment.
Responsible for performing a variety of routine hazardous and non-hazardous waste tasks in the movement of
solids and liquids. Under direct supervision, tasks could include all types of manual labor in cleaning and
decontamination operations, vacuum projects and handling, packing, re-packing, unloading and loading containers for processing at site or transportation to appropriate facilities.
