Job summary

Turf Masters Brands in Town of Charlotte, NY, is seeking an entry-level Technician I to perform core aeration and overseeding services on residential and commercial lawns. You will operate aeration equipment, load and transport gear, and communicate with clients about services performed.

This role requires no prior experience; training is provided. Compensation is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform core aeration or aeration and overseeding on lawns as assigned.
• Safely operate and maintain aerators, spreaders, and lawn care equipment.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to job sites.
• Prepare lawns for services, including clearing debris and obstacles.
• Communicate with clients about services performed and expectations.
• Maintain records of work, equipment usage, and site conditions.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Assist with maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Support team to complete daily schedules.
• Maintain logs for properties serviced and products used.

General Responsibilities:

• Follow all company safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Support team members as needed to ensure efficient completion of daily schedules.
• Maintain accurate logs for each property serviced, including products used and observations of lawn conditions.
• Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and loading/unloading of equipment and materials.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00
