Job summary

Senske Family of Companies is seeking a Lawn Aeration Technician to operate aeration equipment, seed lawns, and perform on-site maintenance across local customer sites. You will travel to routes in company vehicles and support operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate aerator/spreader/seeder and perform lawn aerations and seeding.
• Conduct manual labor tasks, landscaping and site maintenance on assigned worksites.

• Provide product/service information to customers onsite and maintain safety standards.

Job description

The Lawn Aeration Technician position will use machinery to perform aerations and seeding of customers' lawns. They will be responsible for manual labor tasks, landscaping, site maintenance, operating an aerator/spreader/seeder, and general support of operations on location at our worksites. Technicians travel on assigned customer routes throughout the local area in company-provided vehicles to our various job sites. Our Aeration Techs display strong communication skills when providing customers with product / service information when working with our customers onsite.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
