Job summary

ExperiGreen, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Technician I to perform core aeration and overseeding on residential and commercial lawns, using basic lawn care knowledge and the ability to operate aeration equipment to deliver quality service. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to operate aeration equipment and perform services outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform core aeration or overseeding services on lawns as assigned.
• Safely operate and maintain aerators, spreaders, and other lawn care equipment.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to and from job sites.
• Assist in preparing lawns for services, clearing debris and obstacles.
• Communicate with clients to explain services and answer questions.
• Maintain logs of work done, equipment usage, and site conditions.
• Follow PPE and safety protocols and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Support team to ensure efficient completion of daily schedules.
• Maintain property service logs including products used and observations.
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management.
