Webb Heating & Air Conditioning in North Carolina is hiring a reliable HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and light repairs on residential and light commercial systems. You’ll diagnose electronic, mechanical, and electrical components and maintain high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of HVAC field experience.
• Technical school is a plus.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Have and maintain a clean, valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Complete HVAC repairs, maintenance, installations, and other related in-home, service calls for both commercial and residential customers. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and light repairs on residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates clearly with customers, and helps ensure comfort and efficiency in every home or building serviced.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the field.
• Technical school is a plus.

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will:

• 3-6+ months of field HVAC maintenance or service experience
• Previous install experience is a plus
• EPA Certification preferred
• Have and maintain a clean, valid driver's license
