Ellington AC & Heat in Florida is seeking a Lead HVAC Install Technician to join our residential service family. You will install heating and air conditioning systems with a focus on quality, efficiency, and adherence to codes.

Role Overview

Ellington AC & Heat is growing & we are looking for a Lead HVAC Install Technician to join our family! We are a residential service company, and we’re in the business of helping people. We offer a schedule that gives you plenty of time with your family because we can all agree that family is the most important thing we have.

The essential functions of the HVAC Installers are to serve the customers of the company by installing heating and air conditioning systems with an emphasis on quality installations, performing efficiently, and following all applicable local and national codes. Maintain a reputation for quality installations, as well as keeping the customer informed of what is being done as well as when and how it will be done.

Salary Range: Up to $80,000 Annually

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HVAC installation role.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a Criminal background check and drug test, possess a clean driving record and current driver’s license.
