Job summary

Jefferson County Public Schools seeks a Finance Support Technician to assist with school finance systems, training, and on-site support across campuses.

You will coordinate the districtwide finance training program, maintain internal controls, and communicate risk information to Internal Audit, with an 8-hour day schedule during a 220-day academic year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years bookkeeping experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide quickly and accurately.
• Ability to communicate effectively and analyze concerns in person, by phone or through email.
