Job summary

Leppo Rents is seeking skilled diesel technicians to service skid steers, mini excavators, and telehandlers. You’ll diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet ready, using computer-based diagnostic tools and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience repairing and servicing compact construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, and more)
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and get machines back to work quickly
• Customer-first attitude – our technicians are the face of our service

What You’ll Do:

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems).
• Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in “ready-to-work” condition.
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
