• We are hiring immediately for a TECHNICIAN, AUDIO VISUAL (ON CALL) position.
• Location: Pfizer First Wave 22333 29th Dr SE, Bothell, WA 98021. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: On Call; Shifts vary Monday through Friday - more details in interview!
• Requirement: Prior experience with A/V

• Pay Range: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour

Job Summary: Ensures that all audio visual requirements requested by clients are met and interfaces various types of audio visual, communication, and presentation technology. Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Reviews customer and meeting planner requests and provides equipment/assistance as needed.
2. Provides problem escalation support and issue resolution.
3. Provides technical assistance for meetings and events requiring tech services.
4. Follows SOPs for AV support as provided by the AV Manager and Director of Technology and Operations.
5. Performs preventative maintenance and reports findings.
6. Changes data projectors, lamps, and cabling associated with integrated systems.
7. Ensures customers are comfortable with equipment operation and educates them as needed.
8. Maintains inventory and repairs of conference room equipment.
9. Communicates with team members and service partners.
10. Assists with conference room setups and breakdowns.
11. Keeps AV storerooms organized.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year supporting audio visual for events.
• Proficient in computer skills and office technology.
• Excellent communication skills.
