Bane-Welker Equipment in Indiana is seeking a Technician Apprentice to help repair and maintain agricultural equipment. You will work under the Service Manager and with mentoring technicians, handling assigned tasks in a timely fashion.
You will gain hands-on experience through schooling and on-the-job training, focusing on hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostics while maintaining a professional approach to customer service and safety.
The Service Department is an integral piece to the success of the business and customer experience at Bane-Welker. A Technician Apprentice is responsible for assisting with repair and maintenance work on equipment, in a timely manner, as assigned by the Service Manager with the potential for independent assignments. An apprentice must have mechanical knowledge including hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic skills.
