Ziegler CAT in Bloomington, MN is hiring a Diesel Technician for 2nd shift (noon–10:30pm) to service a range of rental equipment including Caterpillar machines for construction and agriculture. The role requires a technical background in diesel technology and hands-on repair experience.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical college degree in diesel technology or related field, or high school diploma/GED with 2 years' experience.
• 2+ years of diesel equipment repair experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, transmissions, undercarriage, track systems, electrical and fuel systems.
• Own a mechanic tool set and be able to document work orders clearly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and customers.
