Role Description

The Technician role is a full time on-site position based in St Louis, MO. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing ATMs, amusement games, and self-redemption equipment at customer locations. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, performing routine inspections, replacing parts, and ensuring machines are fully operational and safe. The Technician will document service activities, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly with customers and internal team members about service needs, timelines, and outcomes. The role also involves occasional travel, lifting or moving equipment, and supporting inventory of parts and tools.

Qualifications

• Technical aptitude with electro-mechanical equipment, basic electronics, or related hardware; ability to read and follow technical manuals and schematics.
• Experience with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machines, kiosks, or similar devices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally on-site and explain technical issues in clear terms.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in documenting service work, following procedures, and meeting scheduled appointments.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple service calls.
• Comfort with basic tools, safe work practices, and physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting equipment as required.
• Valid driver’s license for travel to customer locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in field service, equipment repair, or a similar technical role is preferred but not required.
