LS Solutions is seeking an on-site and remote technology support professional to install, troubleshoot, and optimize consumer devices for customers across the country. You will travel to client locations as needed and provide hands-on setup for computers, WiFi networks, smart TVs, and smart home devices.

Candidate should communicate fixes clearly, work independently, and uphold safety and privacy standards while documenting outcomes and suggesting next steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
