Family Entertainment Group in the United States seeks an Arcade Technician to keep games running smoothly and guests happy. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and daily upkeep to ensure top-condition experiences across locations.

Collaborating with management, you will manage parts, assist guests, and contribute to safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest service in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or technical training.
• Minimum one year of technical experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and maintain like-new condition.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
• Source and manage game parts to minimize expenses and maintain accurate tracking in the web-based system.
• Communicate all arcade operational issues promptly to management.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
• Follow all security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and general arcade upkeep.
• Support other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
