Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a technician to keep our games running smoothly across our centers. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, memorable visit.

Working with the Technical Manager or General Manager, you will source parts, manage inventories, assist guests with issues, and help roll out maintenance plans while adhering to safety and security policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and some technical training.
• Minimum one year of technical experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and team leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to implement a preventive maintenance plan.
• Source and manage game parts to minimize expenses and maintain tracking in the system.
• Communicate arcade issues promptly to management.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning.
• Follow security procedures for token collection, storage, and assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and arcade upkeep.
• Support other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate all arcade operational issues promptly to management.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
• Follow all security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading and general arcade upkeep.
• Support other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
