Job summary

Gettel Automotive Group is seeking a Service Technician to join our service department. This role focuses on generating billable labor and performing routine preventive maintenance on vehicles, following manufacturer specifications and brand standards.

You will work to ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain a clean work area, and adhere to Gettel policies while contributing to customer satisfaction and dealership performance.

Qualifications

• The Service Technician is a line production employee responsible for generating billable labor at a level determined by service management.
• Performing routine preventative maintenance and repairing or replacing faulty parts according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a high standard of quality workmanship for the labor performed.

Responsibilities

• Produce billable labor on vehicles brought into the service department for service or repair.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance (lubricating, cleaning, calibrating) and repair or replace faulty parts per manufacturer specs.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and grooming standards as required by Gettel.
