Responsibilities:

• Repair electro-pneumatic wire processing machines
• Provide customer support for the same machines
• Handle incoming support calls and emails through the entire support process
• Database entries
• Record keeping

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in related field and/or 2-3 years troubleshooting, repair and support experience
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electro-pneumatic equipment
• Ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot issues via phone or email
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Ability to prioritize tasks and efficient time management
• Some lifting of items up to 50 pounds is required.
• Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office package
• Monday through Friday daylight hours
• Starting pay $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience
