Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Atlanta is seeking a skilled Technician to help create exceptional guest experiences by inspecting and maintaining arcade games and facility systems. You will diagnose issues, repair equipment, and support the leadership team with clear communication on status and progress.

Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on problem solving, safety, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish, with the ability to work independently while supporting a larger team.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or technical experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Inspecting gaming equipment and facility systems to ensure they're safe, clean, and guest ready
• Performing preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing arcade games, attractions, facility equipment, and building systems
• Responding quickly to operational issues while minimizing guest disruption
• Communicating equipment status and repair progress clearly with the leadership team
• Supporting guests with friendly, professional communication when technical issues affect their experience
• Maintaining organized workspaces, tools, inventory, and maintenance records
• Taking ownership of projects from identification through resolution

What You'll Do

As a Technician, you'll help create exceptional experiences by:

• Inspecting gaming equipment and facility systems to ensure they're safe, clean, and guest ready

What We're Looking For

We hire people with curiosity, ownership, and a desire to learn.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or technical experience is preferred but not required


• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills


• Ability to use hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment safely


• Ability to work at least 30 hours each week


• Day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on business needs


• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance


• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
