Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in New Jersey seeks an Assistant Technical Writer to support final reports by organizing data, stamping raw data, and preparing sponsor information in proper formats. You will handle data entry, data scans, and mailing of reports while coordinating with sponsors on status.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to organize work and meet deadlines in a full-time, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel or similar software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to evaluate and organize raw data for reports/archives.
• Organized, tactful, and able to manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Experience interacting with clients through written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Technical Writing staff with final reports: organize and stamp raw data, enter sponsor info, scan data/documents, photocopy reports, mail final reports.
• Interact with sponsors regarding report status inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned by the Technical Writing Supervisor or appropriate personnel.
