Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking an Assistant Technical Writer in New Jersey to support final reports and data organization. The role involves coordinating with the Technical Writing staff, communicating with sponsors about report status, and performing additional duties as needed to ensure timely, accurate documentation.

Full-time, Mon-Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm, tied to a pay rate of $22–$23 per hour. Excellent benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must have integrity and a history across multiple disciplines.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to evaluate and organize raw data for reports and archival.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Writing staff with final reports using data organization, data entry and archiving.
• Interact with sponsors regarding report status inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Writing Supervisor or appropriate personnel.

Job Description

• Assist the Technical Writing staff with completion of final reports by one or all of the following means: organize and page stamp raw data, enter data for sponsor information in appropriate formats, scan data/documents as needed, photocopy reports for archives, and mail final reports to Sponsor in compliance with applicable PSL SOP's, and compatible computer equipment.
• Interact with sponsors regarding report status inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned by the Technical Writing Supervisor or appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

• The individual assigned to this position must be of the highest integrity and should have a previous work history that incorporates a variety of disciplines applicable to this job.
• Candidate must be proficient with MS Office (e.g., MS Word and word processing, MS Excel, etc.) or other appropriate computer software.
• The assigned individual must be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) so that instructions from senior personnel and sponsors are followed carefully and thoroughly.
• An Assistant Technical Writer must be able to evaluate and organize raw data for the generation of reports or archival. In addition, s/he must be well organized, tactful, and be able to organize his/her work schedule to ensure tasks are completed on time and in flawless condition.
• Previous experience with interacting with clients through written communication

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Pay range is $22/h - $23/h depending on experience.
