Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Journalism, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 1–6 years of professional experience in technical writing, editing, communications, or document management.
• Experience editing website content and technical or administrative documentation.
• Experience developing and maintaining SOPs.
• Excellent written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience using CMS for website updates.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and update agency website content for accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and branding.
• Draft, revise, and maintain website text, announcements, newsletters, guidance documents, and other communications.
• Edit and proofread materials for grammar, punctuation, clarity, tone, and formatting.
• Review, update, and standardize SOPs and operational documentation.
• Format documents, reports, manuals, presentations, and correspondence for distribution.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into clear content.
• Ensure documents comply with style guides, procedures, and policies.
• Maintain document version control and support documentation organization.
• Recommend improvements to documentation processes, templates, and writing standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
