Impellam Group is seeking a Technical Writer / Training Content Developer for the Enterprise Security Command Center (ESCC) in Charlotte, NC. You will develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, job aids, and training guides to support physical security operations.

You will work with subject matter experts to translate complex procedures into clear, actionable content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience creating technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials for operational or technical audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable content for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with subject matter experts to validate accuracy and finalize documents.
• Proficiency in organizing content with consistent terminology and formatting standards.
• Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, or self-directed training materials.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, write, edit, and maintain ESCC technical and operational documentation including SOPs, work instructions, manuals, job aids, and training guides.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand workflows and translate information into usable documentation.
• Observe operational activities to document processes, system interactions, and required actions.
• Review existing procedures, diagrams, and specifications to update documentation.
• Create training content for onboarding, role-specific training, and system changes.
• Translate complex security concepts into concise learning materials for diverse audiences.
• Organize content to established standards for clarity, consistency, and usability.
• Recommend improvements to content structure, format, and presentation.
• Validate technical accuracy with SMEs before finalizing materials.
• Incorporate visuals like screenshots, diagrams, and process flows to enhance understanding.
• Maintain revision history to reflect changes in processes and systems.
• Assist with publishing and distributing approved materials and training resources.
• Support the development of presentations and briefings for ESCC operations.
