Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional writing and editing experience.
• Ability to read code and craft onboarding process for AI-based security reviews.
• Experience supporting technology products or services.
• Significant editing experience.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain consumer-facing technical documentation for a global audience.
• Translate complex product information into content that is easy for users to understand.
• Develop and update support content, help documentation, instructional materials, and other product-related communications.
• Partner with product, technical, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, consistency, tone, and adherence to established editorial standards.
• Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to other writers.
• Maintain existing documentation as products, features, and requirements evolve.
• Manage multiple writing assignments and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure content provides a consistent experience across audiences and communication channels.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of writing standards, editorial processes, and overall content quality.
