Job summary

Insight Global in Northlake, IL is seeking a Technical Writer / Project Manager to develop and maintain MOPs/SOPs for critical environments. You will conduct site walks with technicians to ensure procedural accuracy and help assign and review documentation tasks on site.

This role supports program growth, explores AI-enabled improvements, and requires highly organized individuals to manage templates, trainings, and workflow coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience writing MOPs/SOPs in a critical environment.
• Strong ability to plan site walks with technicians to verify procedures.
• Experience coordinating assignments and tracking work flows.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program growth, including AI integration and trainings.
• Facilitate all workflows and ensure procedures are accurate.
• Manage priorities, assignments and reviews of procedures.
• Create templates and provide guidance to staff.
