Elevait Solutions is seeking a Technical Writer to develop and refine documentation for manufacturing processes in Glendale, AZ. The role collaborates with engineers and operations staff to translate complex technical information into clear, user‑ready documentation.

You will create work instructions, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and job aids, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and maintaining high quality in all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, comms, technical writing, engineering, or a science field, or an associate's degree/HS diploma with significant technical writing experience.
• 3+ years of technical writing experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 documentation requirements.
• Ability to understand and clearly document technical manufacturing processes.
• Strong written communication skills for translating complex technical information into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve work instructions, standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and job aids.
• Partner with subject matter experts, engineers, and operations staff to gather accurate technical information.
• Research and analyze technical information from multiple sources to build comprehensive documentation.
• Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Plan, schedule, and track documentation projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Translate complex technical processes into clear, user ready documentation.
