Responsibilities include editing website content, drafting announcements and SOPs, and collaborating with program staff to translate technical information for diverse audiences. Strong editing, CMS, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Journalism, Public Administration, or related field.
• 1–6 years of professional experience in technical writing, editing, or document management.
• Experience editing website content and technical or administrative documentation.
• Experience developing and maintaining SOPs.
• Excellent written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; CMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and update agency website content for accuracy and accessibility.
• Draft and maintain website text, announcements, newsletters, and guidance documents.
• Edit and proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, tone, and formatting.
• Review, update, and standardize SOPs and operational documentation.
• Format documents, reports, manuals, and presentations for distribution.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information clearly.
• Ensure documents comply with agency style guides and control procedures.
• Maintain document version control and organize agency documentation.
• Recommend improvements to documentation processes and templates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
