You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accuracy, maintain online help and training materials, and update docs with product changes. Strong writing, tools proficiency, and independent project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in technical writing or related roles.
• Experience producing user manuals, guides, and online help content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user manuals, technical guides, online help systems, and training materials.
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and SMEs to gather and verify technical information.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, consistency, and style.
• Organize and structure documentation for easy navigation and usability.
• Update documentation in response to product changes and user feedback.
