Job summary

Peraton seeks a Technical Writer to support SITEC-3 Information Technology Enterprise Contract operations at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.

You will produce detailed technical and non-technical documents, work with developers and customer representatives, and ensure content accuracy across manuals, guides, and reference materials. Qualified candidates have DoD TS/SCI clearance, strong MS Office skills, and prior technical-writing experience; a HS diploma with related certifications or higher education

Qualifications

• Six years of general experience with HS.
• Clearance: DoD TS/SCI or above.
• Prior technical-writing experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, and develops technical and non-technical documents with limited supervision.
• Writes and edits user manuals, help systems, and other technical content.
• Collaborates with developers and customers to capture specs and operations.
• Ensures content accuracy and appropriate audience targeting.
