Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Requirements Analyst to support SITEC-3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance at Camp H.M. Smith, HI. You will translate business and technical needs into operational IT solutions and collaborate across teams to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• BS + 8 years of experience OR MS + 6 years of experience OR PHD with 3 years of experience OR HS with 12 years of experience OR AA with 10 years of experience.
• DoD TS/SCI clearance required

Responsibilities

• Identifying business and technical problems and developing corrective actions or improvements, ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with Enterprise capabilities and practices
• Analyzing and defining systems, functions, process and user needs
• Developing and designing technical solutions to meet unique operational requirements, leveraging a broad array of technical capabilities, tools, and services
• Developing and recommending policies and procedures to transition solutions from concept, through planning, to Operations
• Leading projects to update and modernize existing systems based on changes in operational need, policy, or organizational strategy
• Creating documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides to enhance user acceptance and system integration
• Developing collaborative relationships with USSOCOM J6 Enterprise innovation and modernization elements and leading integration of new technologies and capabilities at the TSOC level
