Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, and develops technical and non-technical forms and references with limited supervision.
• Collaborates with technical staff and customers to document specifications, design, features, and operation.
• Writes and edits user manuals, help systems, and other technical documents.
• Designs and formats documents using Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Interviews developers and technical staff to ensure content accuracy.
• Assesses audience and adjusts writing style accordingly.
• Collaborates with graphic designers for diagrams and charts.
• Participates in multi-disciplinary projects and content initiatives.
• Supports content development with subject-matter experts.
