Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to create and maintain user documentation across our defense products. You will partner with engineering and operations teams to deliver accurate, updated content that clearly explains how to use Anduril systems.

You will drive documentation quality, establish tone, and guide subject matter experts to finished, user-facing documents that meet customer needs. Relocation to Ashville, OH is provided for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven excellence in creating technical documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents.
• Experience delivering user-facing documents in multiple formats (Word, XML).
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Relocation to Ashville, OH required if not local.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and edit technical documentation for Anduril products.
• Collaborate with engineers, operations, and SMEs to capture user workflows.
• Define tone, voice, and quality across documentation artifacts.
• Ensure documents meet customer needs and contract deliverables on time.
