Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Writer in Ashville, OH to partner with product and operations teams to deliver accurate, updated user documentation. You will organize engineering and program delivery workflows and define tone, voice, and quality across all written artifacts.

Responsibilities include working with SMEs to capture user workflows, producing manuals, guides, and release notes, and ensuring contract deliverables are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience generating technical documentation.
• Experience writing user-facing documentation.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering documentation.
• Experience building content in Word, XML, and similar formats.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and edit documentation that is user-focused for Anduril products.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to plan and deliver documentation milestones.
• Communicate risks and manage stakeholder expectations to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to a living documentation process and ensure future teams learn from current work.
