• Demonstrated experience creating technical or procedural documentation with clarity, structure and detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership while remaining collaborative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with inclusive, accessible language.
• Proven ability to learn complex technologies quickly and translate concepts for user documentation.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply documentation tools, standards, and processes to create and maintain a wide range of content (admin guides, installation manuals, developer docs, release notes, online help, UI text).
• Produce customer-centric documentation enabling utilities to deploy, operate, and maintain Itron’s solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, support, and QA to gather requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable documentation and reflect real-world use.
