Job summary

Admitad GmbH is seeking a documentation specialist to create and maintain clear guides and FAQs for external users as well as internal knowledge base content. You will craft user documentation with AI tools, write UX copy, and help define documentation standards in a hybrid work environment in the United States.

Strong written English, ability to simplify technical concepts, and experience with HTML or Markdown are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to gather information and create clear, well-structured documentation for different target audiences.
• Explain technically complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent command of written language and strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of markup languages (HTML, Markdown).
• Experience using AI tools to create and maintain documentation.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above (Upper-Intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation for external users and customers (guides and FAQs).
• Creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation for employees in the internal knowledge base (guides, process and tool descriptions).
• Creating user documentation with the help of LLMs (GPT, Claude).
• Writing and proofreading UX copy;
• Participating in the development and implementation of documentation standards.
