Job summary

FLEX is seeking a documentation specialist at our Sandy, Utah location to support our Credit Union Core Platform initiative. You will work with our technical writing staff to deliver user guides and training materials for internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities include creating clear documentation for both technical and non-technical users and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Implementation teams in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

This role will work alongside our Technical writing staff.

Requirements

• Create user guides, training materials, and knowledge base content
• Write clear documentation for technical and non-technical users
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Implementation teams

Position Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Ability to explain complex systems clearly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred
