Zypsy is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team and lead product communication for tech clients in cutting-edge fields, including but not limited to AI, Machine Learning, Fintech, Healthtech, and SaaS. In this role, you’ll develop customer-centric content that informs and enhances the overall brand and product experience.

In this role, you’ll create compelling brand and website copy, ensuring that the messaging aligns with client objectives and resonates with their target audiences. You’ll also provide brand strategy support, helping to shape the overall narrative and positioning of our clients' products. By understanding customer needs and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure that our clients' products are effectively communicated, fostering engagement and satisfaction.

As a Technical Writer at Zypsy, you're passionate about technology's potential to drive change. Your analytical skills help you uncover key insights from product features, informing your writing. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client business objectives and target audience demographics across diverse sectors, including but not limited to AI, Machine Learning, Fintech, Healthtech, and SaaS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform content strategy and enhance customer experience.
• Develop customer-centric content that aligns with product goals and maximizes customer engagement throughout the product lifecycle, with a strong focus on brand and website copy.
• Provide brand strategy support to help shape the overall narrative and positioning of our clients' products.
• Create clear and compelling narratives that translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for a variety of audiences.
• Produce diverse content types, including customer guides, tutorials, marketing materials, and branding content, that effectively communicate product features and benefits.

What we’re looking for

Basic Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Acute attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Proven ability to create customer-focused content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into clear, actionable content.
• Self-starter with the motivation to work independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for collaboration and achieving the highest quality work as part of a team.
• Comfort with managing multiple projects within cross-functional, remote teams in a fast-paced startup setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working in a startup and/or an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, tools, and market conditions relevant to technology and innovation.
