  • Experience creating or maintaining technical documentation or parts catalogs preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Structured FrameMaker preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Download and interpret BOMs used to create Parts Catalogs.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings for parts catalog development.
  • Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and catalogs.
  • Follow technical publication standards, templates, and structures.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve documentation issues.
  • Create and edit graphics to support publications.
  • Manage multiple documentation projects with accuracy and quality.
  • Provide weekly project status updates and communicate progress.
  • Share knowledge and support team members in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Download and interpret Bills of Material (BOMs) used to create Parts Catalogs
  • Read and understand engineering application drawings for parts catalog development
  • Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and parts catalogs
  • Follow established technical publication standards, templates, and organizational structures
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical questions and documentation issues
  • Create and edit graphics as needed to support technical publications
  • Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Provide weekly project status updates and communicate progress effectively
  • Share knowledge and support team members in a collaborative work environment
