Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering desired.
• Minimum of 10 years of prior welding industry experience.
• Prior sales experience required; prior technical sales experience preferred.
• Certified Welding Sales Representative (CWSR) and Certified Welding Supervisor (CWS) exams recommended.

Responsibilities

• Profitably increase Matheson's sales of welding gas solutions, products and services within a defined geography.
• Identify, develop and close sales opportunities with new customers through the MATHESON SelectPRO Program.
• Provide tools, training, and technical support to promote sale of gases, welding products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date welding technology knowledge and supplier relationships to match customer needs.
