Job summary

Bayer seeks a Market Development Representative to collaborate across R&D, Marketing, and Sales in the vegetable seed business. Responsibilities

Be the technical expert within the commercial organization, partnering across functions to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Take ownership of trialing and activities for late-stage varieties and market extensions in local territories.
Use strategic trialing and data to position products and defend market share.
Integrate data and communicate product positioning to stakeholders in real time.
Provide technical support to the commercial organization, including pricing support and training on product positioning.
Leverage networks to access market opportunities and influence cross-functional decisions.
